Dr. Silvana McCormick leads Redwood Consulting Collective, a California-based firm partnering with colleges, universities, nonprofits, and public agencies to advance learning, improvement, and impact. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Claremont Graduate University, with advanced training in Program Evaluation & Applied Research Methods. Silvana designs responsive, collaborative, theory-driven evaluations across STEM higher ed, workforce development, and social innovation, with deep experience on NSF-funded initiatives (ATE, HSI, Noyce, IUSE, NRT) and other federal, state, and foundation projects.
