About the Evaluator

Dr. Malitsitso Moteane is a research methodologist and evaluator with a PhD in Educational Research Methodology from UNC Greensboro. She brings strong quantitative expertise in measurement, program evaluation, and data-driven decision-making. Her experience includes leading validation studies, managing mixed-methods evaluation projects, developing data collection systems, and producing comprehensive external evaluation reports for grant-funded initiatives. She specializes in critical quantitative approaches, ensuring that race and equity considerations are integrated into evaluation design and interpretation. As a consultant and co-founder of RADCollective LLC, she partners with organizations to design rigorous evaluations, conduct advanced data analysis in R and SPSS, and deliver actionable findings that improve outcomes and accountability. She has published and presented widely and remains active in the evaluation community through professional service and leadership.
