Outside of Work, I enjoy...

… spending time outdoors, going for a hike or playing a few sets of tennis. I value quality time with family and friends, especially playing board games, video games, trying out new restaurants, or just exploring new places. I’m an avid listener of audiobooks, always open to new recommendations!

A Successful Evaluation...

… helps the project team understand and improve their initiatives and processes by demonstrating whether a project is achieving its intended impact; identifies areas for improvement; and helps ensure that the work within the ATE community continues to evolve in ways that support the program’s goal.

My Working Style...

… is collaborative and open. I love working with project teams from the pre-proposal stage through the life of the project. Beginning the working relationship early helps build trust and a common understanding among everyone involved in the project, setting the project up for success.
