Jessica S. Krim, EdD, is the founder and principal consultant of JSK Consulting, where she partners with universities, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations to strengthen programs through strategic learning, evaluation, and implementation analysis. With more than 25 years of experience in STEM education, higher education leadership, and federally funded initiatives, she has served as a principal investigator, external evaluator, higher education administrator, and NSF panel reviewer. Jess specializes in designing evaluation systems that generate meaningful evidence, support continuous improvement, and inform strategic decision-making. Her work spans proposal development through project implementation and dissemination, helping organizations translate data into actionable insights that strengthen programs and maximize impact. She is committed to collaborative partnerships that foster learning, accountability, and sustainable organizational improvement.
