About the Evaluator

I’m an equity-focused evaluator and researcher committed to inclusive, community-centered practices. As a bilingual (Spanish), bicultural professional, I’ve led culturally responsive evaluations with underserved groups, including Indigenous communities and farmworkers. I partner with institutions especially those serving marginalized populations to design strategies rooted in justice and inclusion. With a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from UC Santa Barbara, I’m trained in qualitative and quantitative methods, specializing in participatory, strengths-based approaches. My work supports strategic decisions, equitable resource use, and funding success. I’ve co-authored publications and presented nationally and internationally on access, equity, and inclusive evaluation. Clients value my collaborative style and focus on capacity-building, leaving organizations with both useful data and the tools to sustain meaningful, equity-driven evaluation work.
