Dr. Gina Vanegas 
Researcher and Consultant
Dr. Vanegas is a qualitative researcher and experienced consultant passionate about supporting organizations endeavoring to create healthy and inclusive work environments while maximizing enterprise value. Dr. Vanegas holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She has spent the past ten years developing expertise in facilitating difficult conversations, understanding what motivates individuals, and learning how to tell compelling stories through data.
