A: Understanding the projected outcome, respecting the prescribed path toward attainment, being prepared for unanticipated occurrences, recommending alternative yet reasonable routes toward reaching the desired end.
Q: How would you describe your working style?
A: I subscribe to a collaborative working style and strive to establish a “team” atmosphere in all work settings.
Q: What evaluation approaches inform your practice? Do you gravitate more toward quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods?
A: Historically, I subscribe to a mixed-method approach to evaluation. To the extent possible, I encourage the use of data to underscore project-related successes.
Q: What’s your favorite pastime or hobby?
A: Traveling and doing puzzles (jigsaw and sudoku).
Q: What’s something quirky or unique about you that people may not know?
A: I thoroughly enjoy watching sports of all types. My friends refer to me as a “sports junkie.”
