Received Ph.D. in Educational Research, Measurement, and Evaluation from Boston College and has directed evaluations for STEM education projects funded by the National Science Foundation [Scholarships in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Program (S-STEM), Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship Program] as well as projects funded by the U.S. Department of Education, the Illinois Board of Higher Education, and the Illinois State Board of Education.
