A Successful Evaluation...
… produces valuable evidence and artifacts from projects. It provides meaningful information to inform and drive decisions and action. It engages key stakeholders who have a stake in the project.
My Working Style...
I engage with clients as a critical friend and advocate for their work. We meet at the “watering hole” after waves of data collection to examine evidence and plan next steps. We want to take advantage of the data at key points to inform team and shine the light on options and obstacles.
