About the Evaluator

Dr. Kelley Madden serves as the Director of Evaluations at Brockport Research Institute (BRI), located in Brockport, NY. She leads a team of evaluators specializing in evaluating federally funded grant programs with a focus on STEM education and workforce development. BRI’s evaluators offer qualitative and quantitative expertise, along with strong facilitation and problem-solving skills to optimize ATE program implementation and effectiveness. We have expertise in evaluation plan design and budget development for NSF ATE and other NSF grant mechanisms. BRI currently provides external evaluation services for over 70 programs funded by federal agencies including NSF, NIH, SAMHSA, and the US Department of Education.
