About the Evaluator
Dr. Angelika Gulbis is Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at Grantibly, where she and the CEO work to shape evaluation strategy and deliver high-impact support for NSF ATE, S-STEM, and IUSE projects. With her background as a community college professor and sociologist, Angelika brings expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods, data storytelling, and creating the conditions for meaningful, energizing evaluation experiences. Grantibly collaborates with PIs to create evaluations that strengthen programs, meet NSF requirements, and highlight student impact. Known for their thoughtful approach and ability to make evaluation useful – not overwhelming – Grantibly helps grant-funded teams build clarity, tell their story with confidence, and use their data to inform and improve. Through Grantibly, she supports colleges and their partners in making a lasting difference for students and the workforce.
