  • Participatory evaluation approaches
  • Utilization-focused evaluation

I have worked with projects in the areas of:

  • ATE projects

Training and Certifications

Professional development workshops, webinars, or online courses on evaluation

Outside of Work, I enjoy...

… snuggling with my dog, seeing art, having interesting conversations with my friends, and reading speculative fiction.

A Successful Evaluation...

… doesn’t just check boxes or report on activities and outcomes, but provides situation context and nuance with strong mixed methods and balancing the client’s on-the-ground experience and independent, big picture assessment of program implementation.

My Working Style...

… starts with building rapport and establishing trust through listening and even some humor! Open lines of communication and adaptability are key to creating an evaluation relationship that is responsive and effective to tell the program story.
