Linda Animashaun

Dr. Linda A. Animashaun is the founder and CEO of Amammere Consulting, an evaluation firm that promotes equity through community-rooted insights and action. She has more than 15 years of experience in research and evaluation, working with federal agencies, nonprofits, and community organizations. She is skilled in designing and conducting qualitative and mixed-methods evaluations that uncover the stories behind the data. Known for her collaborative, culturally responsive, and community-centered approach, she develops data-collection tools, facilitates interviews and focus groups, and produces case studies and training materials. She gained exposure to evaluation through her experience as a 5th-grade math, science, and social studies teacher, where she tracked student data to monitor academic progress. She now guest lectures and facilitates presentations on evaluation and research methods. Dr. Animashaun is a Past President of the Atlanta-area Evaluation Association.
