A Successful Evaluation...

Strengthens programs by supporting program staff in identifying reasons behind your successes and opportunities for continuous improvement. A successful evaluation should be useful to you. It should showcase the outcomes of a program while providing recommendations for further development.

My Working Style...

Is flexible and responsive. I prefer to work as a close partner with my clients – evaluation is something that should be done with you, not to you. I also know that change is inevitable and your evaluation should evolve to reflect the realities of your program and your needs.
