About the Evaluator

Christine Fabian Bell, M.S., is an Associate Researcher and Evaluator. She began her position with the Wisconsin Center for Education Research in 2014 providing internal and external evaluation services for higher education programs. Christine is experienced in using mixed methods to evaluate training programs and professional development for faculty, staff, and students. She has experience with evaluation requirements for NSF, NIH, HHMI, and other funding organizations. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Sociology and Rural Studies from South Dakota State University.
