Amy is currently an Associate Professor and Director of the Centre for Program Evaluation at University of Melbourne in Australia. Amy earned her PhD from Western Michigan University in 2010 and did her research on ATE centers that had integrated evaluation into their daily work. Since 2012, she has been at the Centre for Program Evaluation, teaching evaluation and leading evaluation and evaluation capacity building projects. Amy has been a co-PI on both FAS4ATE projects, and loves helping the ATE community develop knowledge and systems to integrate evaluation and assessment into their day-to-day work, so that PIs and project staff can have the knowledge at hand that they need to make decisions.

Kirk Knestis

Principal, Evaluand LLC

Dr. Knestis is founding Principal of Evaluand LLC, a research consultancy local to Washington DC. Kirk has been a professional evaluator and researcher for more than 20 years, having previously been a business owner, K-12 STEM and arts educator, and university faculty member. A content expert in STEM and workforce education, he specializes in mixed-method evaluations; research and development to test and improve education and social services innovations; and the design of theory-based studies to understand implementation and outcomes of complex, multi-level, and multi-site change innovations.

Lori Wingate

Executive Director, The Evaluation Center, Western Michigan University

Lori has a Ph.D. in evaluation and more than 20 years of experience in the field of program evaluation. She is co-principal investigator of EvaluATE and leads a variety of evaluation projects at WMU focused on STEM education, health, and higher education initiatives. Dr. Wingate has led numerous webinars and workshops on evaluation in a variety of contexts, including CDC University and the American Evaluation Association Summer Evaluation Institute. She is an associate member of the graduate faculty at WMU. She, along with Dr. Kelly Robertson, led the development of The Evaluation Center's online training program, Valeo (valeoeval.com)
