Finding the right evaluator is an important decision for any ATE project and one that many PIs feel underprepared to make. Whether you are developing a proposal and need to identify an evaluator before submission, or you are newly funded and navigating your institution’s procurement process, this webinar will equip you with a practical framework to guide every step of the search.
Participants will learn where to find qualified evaluators, what credentials and experience to look for, and how to use a structured decision framework to assess the fit for their specific project context. The session moves through four decision gates – basic qualifications, contextual fit, evaluation approach, and partnership potential – giving participants clear criteria to apply immediately.
