About the Evaluator
Dr. Stephen Meyer is a Vice President at RMC, leading the Denver office, and brings over 25 years of experience conducting research and evaluation in education. Dr. Meyer and colleagues at RMC have partnered with various institutions of higher education and others to develop successful proposals for NSF-funded projects. Across a wide range of funded STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) teaching and learning projects, our staff has supported research and evaluation activities as co-principal investigators and external evaluators. As a result, RMC is well-positioned to support logic model development, proposal development, study design, participant recruitment, development of data collection instruments, administrative and survey data collection, qualitative data collection, including classroom observation, focus groups, interviews, and document reviews, implementation monitoring, data management and analysis, and reporting and dissemination.
