About the Evaluator

I am an evaluation specialist with expertise in designing and implementing mixed-methods evaluations across education, workforce, and community-based programs. I conduct needs assessments, learning and impact evaluations, and equity-centered data analysis to support evidence-based decision making. I analyze qualitative and quantitative data, develop survey instruments, manage longitudinal and cross-sectional datasets, and translate findings into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders. I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, facilitate data-informed conversations, and support program improvement and strategic planning. I disseminate findings through technical reports, peer-reviewed publications, and presentations, and I am committed to advancing organizational learning and sustainable program impact through rigorous, practical evaluation approaches.
