With a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and years of experience supporting federally funded initiatives—including NSF, Department of Education, and NASA grants—I specialize in mixed-methods research and evaluation for technical and career pathways, community college programs, and organizational development projects. I collaborate closely with academic institutions, nonprofit organizations, and industry partners to assess outcomes, develop logic models, measure impact, and translate findings into actionable insights.
