At its core, a logic model is a visual representation of a project’s activities and intended outcomes. But it’s much more than an illustration; your logic model has many uses in and beyond your ATE proposal. This webinar will help you take your logic model to the next level. We will demonstrate how logic models illuminate projects’ underlying logic and assumptions, how they can be used to structure evaluation plans, and how they can build a collective understanding of project outcomes across stakeholder groups. You will learn how, far beyond fulfilling a proposal requirement, your logic model can be an active evaluation tool that offers benefits throughout the life of your project.

In this webinar, participants will learn (a) how to create an effective logic model and (b) how to put that logic model to use for your project and your evaluation.
